She opened her own office about three years ago. Since that time her focus has been on growing her real estate office and mentoring new agents.

Desiraee says "It's a joy being able to work with clients who want to purchase a home as well as clients selling their homes. When a client calls I try to assess where they are in the home buying/selling process. If they are buying a home I need to find out if they have been through the pre-approval process. There are several lenders I work with and they have been instrumental in getting my clients pre-approved for mortgages. If the lender gives the OK then I discuss in detail what the client is looking for in a home. I want to know what makes them happy. We find out things like do they want a garage, a finished basement or other specifics."
"When we find the home they like, I will run the comps of the neighbourhood to ensure that we submit a good offer. If the offer gets accepted then a home inspection must be set up. After the home inspection is completed and we review the report, we generally compile a list of repairs for the seller to complete. I tell everyone no house is perfect but we need to ask for major items that need to be repaired. If you have all your paperwork together and the inspections go smoothly the entire process can be between 30-45 days."
Desiraee's goal is to keep building her business with quality agents and to continue educating buyers and sellers through monthly home seminars. She utilizes her knowledge and experience to make sure the transaction is smooth and successful.
