Also, the number of unread messages in the inbox where you get alerts on sales at your preferred online merchants has increased by a factor of two. However, for many around the holidays, matching pajamas, warming drinks, and hours spent following the soothing stories of friendly family films are a need. Watching Christmas films throughout the holiday season usually brings a particular feeling. Black Christmas films stand out from the others because of their humorous tone and heartwarming emphasis on families.

Therefore, it's only fair that we receive a holiday film highlighting the struggles the average family faces. Also, this movie has a stacked cast. Several notable actors and actresses, including Delroy Lindo, Idris Elba, Loretta Devine, Chris Brown (the singer), Columbus Short, Regina King, Sharon Leal, Lauren London, and Mekhi Phifer, had parts in the film.

Black Nativity 


The protagonist of Black Nativity is a young man called Langston, who was raised by his mother alone. The youngster and Rev. Cornell Cobbs set off for New York in December so that the young man might spend time with long-lost relatives. However, he concludes that the Rev. has rigid standards that he is not ready to uphold. Through faith and healing, Langston decides to see his mother again. The fact that Black Nativity is a musical drama with a bevy of superb performers is easily its greatest strength. Although he isn't the film's central character, the presence of famous rapper Nas is enough to draw in an audience.

The Preacher's Wife


The original film, The Bishop's Wife, was released in 1947, and The Preacher's Wife is a remake of that movie. There are, however, a few distinctions. This movie, for example, takes place in the Big Apple and is much funnier than the masterpiece it was inspired on. Washington plays an angel who helps a down-on-his-luck Baptist minister in a rundown section of New York City in this feel-good comedy. You'll fall in love with Whitney Houston's singing right away; she received an award for her performance.

The protagonist of Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey is a toymaker who has been badly hurt after being tricked by his apprentice. After being betrayed, he felt hopeless, as if he had lost all of his previous happiness. The toymaker thought he had reached the end of his life's pleasures until he visited his granddaughter over the holidays. When he saw the little girl's bright grin, he felt the joy that had been latent in his heart awaken again.
