In Memory of Uju
Sep 09, 2024 12:00PM ● By Okechukwu Nzeribe“On the death of a friend, we should consider that the fates through confidence have devolved on us the task of a double living, that we have henceforth to fulfill the promise of our friend's life also, in our own, to the world.”
― Henry David Thoreau
While our hearts are heavy with grief over the loss of our colleague and the young infant she carried, we take solace and comfort in the fact that Uju left footprints in the hearts of her loved ones and the family of Funtimes.
While her presence will be solely missed, her contributions to the work of Funtimes and the value she exudes as a human being will continue to resonate through the lives she has touched both in her family and through her colleagues.
Death is not the finality, our lives are measured by the countless imprints we leave in the hearts of all around us.
We continue to carry the essence of your existence with us always.
Journey Well Uju.
