In the midst of the winter festivities, we’re called to journey inwards to contemplate the year gone by, as the heart turns towards its own light uncovering the blessings of the year gone by.  

Come together in community as we honor the light within through a graceful flow of movement, Trataka meditation, Cacao Ceremony and more ending with a gong bath on the longest night of the year.
