Now through June 30, 2023, Night Kitchen Bakery will be selling a rainbow heart shortbread cookie. This sugared shortbread cookie is notorious for its thick cut and buttery flavor. Each cookie will be sold for $5 to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community during the month of June. All profits from the sale of this colorful, buttery, delicious cookie will be donated to the William Way LGBT Community Center. The William Way LGBT Community Center is an organization that serves the LGBTQIA+ communities in the Greater Philadelphia area with a number of social programs and support services. Their mission is to “to engage and support the diverse LGBTQIA+ communities in the greater Philadelphia area through arts & culture, empowerment, and community connections.” The Night Kitchen Bakery is located at 7723-25 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118 and open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday 8 am to 4 pm.
