My name is Tenaj Moody, I’m at Victim Advocate at North Central Victim Services (NCVS).

We are hosting our 2nd Annual FREE Women’s Empowerment Conference On Saturday April 21st from 9am- 3pm at Temple University. This event is open to the public for all women between the ages of 14 & older.

The purpose of the NCVS 2nd Annual Women’s Conference is to create a learning environment that will assist women in a self-assessment of their life. As well as provide the resources and tools where women can build life skills that promote empowerment, positive lifelong change, and change in their communities. Here is some information on our mission and the services we provide at North Central Victim Services: North Central Victim Services advocates for safe neighborhoods and supports victims of crime. At NCVS we aid victims of crime to get the necessary counseling, victim information about compensation, and the criminal justice system process. While advocating for safer communities in the 22nd Police District of North Philadelphia.
