Canvas of Dreams is an impressive exhibition featuring 51 artists with disabilities,, organized by the Cultural Arts Center of SpArc Philadelphia. The group brings understanding and appreciation of the arts to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while engaging and assimilating them with/into the community.
