Black History Month Lunch & Dinner Menu at Red Owl Tavern

Chefs Ron Hicks, Phillip Kizer, Morgan Revell and Rasheen Young kick off collaborative lunch and dinner menus capturing the culture and flavors of Black culinary heritage. Order up hibiscus-infused iced tea, pan-fried salmon cakes with cajun aioli, smoked southern chicken cassoulet with black-eyed peas and braised collards, and decadent milk chocolate parfaits. The menus are built prix fixe ($30 for lunch and $40 for dinner), with selections also available à la carte. Reservations are highly recommended.
