Assistant Site/Quality Review Manager

The Assistant Site/Quality Review Manager supports the Site Manager in managing and coordinating all activities at the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program site. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality tax preparation services, and assisting in volunteer supervision and training. The Assistant Site/Quality Review Manager also steps in as the Site Manager when needed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, excellent quality review skills, proficient organizational skills, and a passion for serving the community. The Assistant Site/Quality Review Manager is an integral part of ensuring the smooth operation of the Campaign for Working Families program site. Intake Specialist

Serve as the point of entry at a free community tax site where you will greet customers, organize paperwork and folders and support other administrative tasks. Intake Specialists are ultimately responsible for all aspects of the intake process and screening.  Intake Specialists must maintain a system of organizing walk-in taxpayer’s intake folders and reviewing them for completeness.

Experienced Tax Preparer

The Tax Preparer will be tasked with the preparation of accurate tax returns, while upholding the confidentiality and trust of the clients served. The Tax Preparer will possess a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of tax-related issues to maintain the integrity of the tax preparation process, while delivering quality customer service. position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable and
receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and preparation for audits. The successful candidate will

The Translator is responsible for maintaining client confidentiality, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the tax preparation process. Call Center Agent

 

The Campaign for Working Families seeks dedicated and experienced Call Center Agents work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our clients by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The call center agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

This is a remote, work from home position. There is a 2-week, mandatory, in-house training period prior to remote work. This position would be ideal for retirees, students or those who may be looking to re-enter the workforce on a part-time basis..
